Who we are
StockCalcPro (stockcalcpro.app) is operated by Tomasz Saczko, ul. Chrobrego 17, 78-200 Białogard, Poland, NIP 6721718334 (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal data processed through the service. Contact: hello@stockcalcpro.app.
What data we collect
- Account data: email address, name (if provided) and login details.
- Portfolio data: transactions, holdings and other information you enter or import by CSV.
- Payment data: subscription status and billing details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Usage data: aggregated, cookieless website statistics (pages visited, referring site, country, device type).
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To provide the service and your account — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To process payments and keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To keep the service secure and improve it — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To send product news, only if you opt in — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw anytime.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your portfolio data with advertisers.
Who processes data for us
- Base44 — application hosting and database.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Plausible Analytics — cookieless website statistics (EU-hosted).
- Porkbun — domain and email forwarding.
Some processors may store data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep account and portfolio data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days after you delete your account. Billing records are kept for the period required by Polish tax law (generally 5 years from the end of the tax year).
Cookies
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to log you in and keep the service working. Our website statistics are cookieless.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@stockcalcpro.app to exercise them. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
