1. The service

StockCalcPro (stockcalcpro.app) is a web application for tracking investment portfolios, operated by Tomasz Saczko, ul. Chrobrego 17, 78-200 Białogard, Poland, NIP 6721718334. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Not investment advice

StockCalcPro is a tracking and information tool. Nothing in the service is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

3. Data accuracy

Prices are end-of-day closing prices from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Calculations depend on the data you import. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any figure shown.

4. Account

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions, trial and payment

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription you chose ($5 per month or $49 per year) renews automatically until cancelled. Prices include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

EU consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to use the service, including during the free trial, you request that it is provided immediately. If you withdraw after a paid period has started, you may be charged for the part of the service already provided.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email of any price change, which applies from your next renewal.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights consumers have under mandatory law.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory law in their country of residence and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform. Contact: hello@stockcalcpro.app.
